αriston criteria

The "αriston criteria" comprise a Common Framework of Reference for two main streams of skills; "Enterprise" and "Profession"
These two common frameworks of reference have been inspired by the familiar Common European Framework of Reference in Education and were similarly designed to ensure familiarity and easiness of use. The criteria reflect on a series of skills for each main stream in 6 different levels of performance and excellence; 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3C. In this "dynamic project" you can start with your self-assessment. This will eventually take you to a "map of skills and performance", given that most probably you will achieve different levels of performance for different skills.

Training, consultancy and support will later on contribute to:
a) Acquisition of techniques for further skills development and implementation with immediate results (Development)
b) "Reconciliation" of your expectations with your actual level of performance regarding each and every skill (Realism)
c) Cost centre and productivity indices management for viability and growth insurance (Measure)
